Founded by Lin and Chris ter Horst, Maui Fruit Jewels is a family-run business rooted in a passion for the island’s exotic produce. Lin, an accomplished pastry chef, began infusing traditional sweets with locally sourced ingredients, while Chris, a former engineer, joined her in the kitchen. Their growing product line is available at the Maui Upcountry Farmer’s Market, where they connect with local growers.
