MAHINA MELE FARM

Mahina Mele Farm is a Big Island–based family farm rooted in a deep respect for the land and a passion for organic agriculture. Founded by Kollette and Jason Stith after their experience with coffee cultivation abroad, the farm began with 100% Kona coffee and evolved to include gourmet macadamia nuts. Mahina Mele Farm became known for its signature organic dehydrated macadamia nuts and organic Kona coffee, once standing as one of the only organic macadamia nut producers available on the market.

In 2021, Mahina Mele Market opened as a space to further showcase the farm’s offerings, including organic macadamia nut oil, which is also used as the carrier oil in Pure Mana Hawaiʻi skincare, co-founded by Kollette and Sue Mandini. The market additionally highlights products from other local organic farmers who share the same values of integrity, sustainability, and mālama ʻāina. With a focus on quality, family, and community, Mahina Mele Farm delivers thoughtfully produced food and wellness products that honor the bounty of Hawaiʻi.

All orders are packed and shipped from Hawai'i with care. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your gift is sent out.

Warm-Weather & Seasonal Considerations

During warmer months — typically May through September — and year-round when shipping to warm-weather destinations (including the Southern U.S., Southwest, Hawaii, and international tropical climates), packages may experience elevated temperatures inside delivery vehicles, postal facilities, and mailboxes. This is a normal part of shipping perishable food items and is outside our control once a package leaves our facility.

Transit Risk

While we pack our chocolate items with care, we cannot guarantee a specific temperature inside your package during transit. Chocolate that has softened or bloomed during shipping is still safe to eat, though the texture and appearance may be affected.

We recommend selecting a faster shipping service at checkout to reduce the time your order spends in transit during warm weather. If you are sending a gift to a recipient in a warm-weather region, consider timing your order to arrive when someone will be home to receive it promptly.

If your order arrives soft, please refrigerate or place in a cool area immediately. The chocolate will typically re-set as it cools and is safe to enjoy.
