Oceans End is a Hawai‘i-based accessories brand founded by designer Dani G, a tattoo artist and mother of two. Combining her fashion background with a deep appreciation for the strength and beauty of women, Dani created Oceans End to celebrate the spirit of women who are lovers, fighters, mothers, artists, and hard workers. During warmer months — typically May through September — and year-round when shipping to warm-weather destinations (including the Southern U.S., Southwest, Hawaii, and international tropical climates), packages may experience elevated temperatures inside delivery vehicles, postal facilities, and mailboxes. This is a normal part of shipping perishable food items and is outside our control once a package leaves our facility.

Transit Risk

While we pack our chocolate items with care, we cannot guarantee a specific temperature inside your package during transit. Chocolate that has softened or bloomed during shipping is still safe to eat, though the texture and appearance may be affected.

If your order arrives soft, please refrigerate or place in a cool area immediately. The chocolate will typically re-set as it cools and is safe to enjoy. If the product arrived in an unsatisfactory condition beyond softening — such as a broken seal, spilled contents, or visible spoilage — please contact us at info@mekealohagifts.com with a photo and your order number, and we will review your case individually.
